Born and raised on a 4th generation family farm in the Midwest, I learned early that adaptability is essential. Whether it was the weather or fluctuating markets, change was a constant presence. For the past 20 years, I’ve worked alongside visionary leaders from some of the world’s most iconic brands, helping them navigate transformation in a rapidly evolving world. At FutureSight Labs, my mission is to empower leaders with the insights and strategies they need to create organizations that are not just ready for the future, but capable of leading it.
There’s something special about a home-cooked meal—the warmth, the aroma, the love infused in every dish. Like many, I grew up with food prepared by someone who cared deeply, creating meals that transcended ingredients and became expressions of love. That magic is what stays with us, reminding us that food is more than sustenance; it’s a connection to those we cherish.
